Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information
- Perform data entry and maintain patient records accurately
- Utilize medical terminology to assist with healthcare-related queries
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Analyze patient needs to recommend appropriate appointments.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience promptly
Skills
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in a medical office is advantageous
- Excellent English language skills for effective communication
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements
You must have recent call center and/or appointment scheduling experience. You must have recent previous medical office experience to be considered. You must have EMR experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.74 - $18.00 per hour
