Our pay plan is 30% of gross profit with a minimum commission of $400 plus bonuses, plus 5% of finance gross which averaged $110 per sale in September 2024.
We will also offer a minimum pay of $1,000 weekly. Guaranteed pay for the first 90 days while you build your book of business and learn our processes.

Salespeople at Bridgewater Chevy have the opportunity to assist every type of customer, walk in, phone prospects and handle internet leads along with daily follow up practices.
