Our pay plan is 30% of gross profit with a minimum commission of $400 plus bonuses, plus 5% of finance gross which averaged $110 per sale in September 2024.

We will also offer a minimum pay of $1,000 weekly. Guaranteed pay for the first 90 days while you build your book of business and learn our processes.

Salespeople at Bridgewater Chevy have the opportunity to assist every type of customer, walk in, phone prospects and handle internet leads along with daily follow up practices.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Leasing Representative you will:

  • Spend time with customers to determine their need and discuss vehicle features and options
  • Test drive vehicles to demonstrate features, advantages, and benefits
  • Complete quotes, return emails and voicemails
  • Other administrative functions include credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
  • Answer internet leads and phone customers
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year Automotive sales experience
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (strong interpersonal skills)
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Professional Appearance

1 year Automotive Sales Experience Required. Bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
