Caregiver Scheduling and Support Team

SYNERGY HomeCare is growing! Now creating a multi-person Caregiver Support Team to work in our West Olympia office. The team will schedule and support caregivers, manage online and mentor training, and assist with Caregiver Orientation. The team will support the Career Pathways of our Care Professionals and report directly to the Director of Care (DOC).

Our preference is to hire people who have an active CNA or HCA license with three to five years of experience. Caregiver scheduling experience a plus.

You do not want to work full time? That works for us, as long as you manage the work within your team. The positions are planned to be part time.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Create and maintain Caregiver schedules. Understand Care Plans and able to educate Care Professionals.
• Follow up with Caregivers on regular schedule to ensure caregiver needs are met.
• Maintain a plan to ensure service hours are maintained with a goal to grow hours.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Participate in on-call staffing rotation after hours (shared responsibility with administrative team)

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High school graduation or the equivalent
• Prefers an active CNA or HCA license or similar experience.
• Three to five years caregiver experience or related business experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and WA State car insurance, pass a state and federal criminal background check.
