Leora is currently recruiting a Case Manager for our Columbus location, a Premier, Newly Renovated Outpatient facility in Clintonville Ohio.

As a Case Manager at Leora you will have the opportunity to:

• Facilitate client access to community resources
• Assist the clients in developing goals and developing plans to reach those goals
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• License/Education/Certification: CDCA (Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant) certification in the State of Ohio
• At least one-year previous experience in a Behavioral Health setting.
• At least one-year previous experience in group counseling.
• Experience working with severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders
