Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Provide behavioral health support to clients, helping them manage mental health conditions and emotional well-being.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes in condition to the supervisory nurse or healthcare provider.
• Build strong, compassionate relationships with clients and their families.
• Ensure safety and comfort while fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere for clients.
  
  

Working Hours

• Monday-Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday-Friday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  
  

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 3 years of CNA experience with a focus on behavioral health and mental health.
• Strong understanding of mental health challenges and effective caregiving approaches.
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a home care setting is preferred.
