Job Responsibilities:

Scheduling, essential job functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

• Cooks and prepares food according to recipes, health standards and brand-specific standards.
• Utilizes proper food-handling procedures and food safety knowledge.
• Responsible for using the correct portion controls when preparing and serving food.
• Maintains a polite and positive demeanor towards students, guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Must learn about brand-specific products to efficiently serve guests and answer questions about menu items.
• Maintains daily-temperature logs.
• Cleans and sanitizes work-area, equipment, dishes, and utensils.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food service or in a related role preferred.
• Must be able to acquire food safety certifications.
• Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
