OASIS is a platform where childcare centers in need of short/long term staff can search for and connect with substitute teachers. Our goal is to solve the staffing issues in the early childcare industry by connecting well experienced teachers with schools in need.

*Job Overview*

OASIS is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to who want the ability to earn money while setting their own schedule. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity and providing quality education in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

*Responsibilities*

- Implement lesson plans provided by the respective childcare center to ensure continuity in instruction

- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment

- Provide support and guidance to students as needed

- Follow school policies and procedures

- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

*Requirements*

- Love working with preschool age children (infant, toddlers, pre-k)

- Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management

- Familiarity with curriculum development and classroom management techniques

- Background in early childhood education or related field is a plus

- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 per hour
