Seeking a chiropractic office assistant to accommodate our chiropractors in their daily tasks.

Part-time position--hours are approximately 3pm - 7pm M, T, Th, F and every other Saturday from 9:30 - 2:20

Pay: $16-$18/hour

Responsibilies include greeting patients and escorting them to the exam rooms; assisting with patient intake; maintaining the cleanliness of the exam rooms, waiting room, and office areas; ensuring a smooth flow in the clinic; assisting with therapies; pulling and filing patient files; handling administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Reliability—following assigned work schedule; ready to work at scheduled time

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Previous experience in a heathcare or customer service role preferred

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to perform repetitive tasks such as cleaning and filing.
