Job Description

Are you a financial and data wizard with a heart for serving the community? We're searching for a dedicated Church Finance and Membership Manager to support our mission and help us steward our resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial operations of the church, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and track membership records and reporting to our church conference.
  • Collaborate with church leadership to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with our mission and values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit or religious organization
