Office Clerk - Part-Time

Job tasks will include:

• Assisting with answering phones, greeting parishioners, visitors
• Assisting with preparing letters and/or flyers
• Calendar scheduling
• Preparing report logs
• Database entries
• New responsibilities will occur as job tasks change, as needed, to streamline or improve processes
• Preparing letters

Qualifications include:

• 1 to 3 years office experience
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter
• Motivated
• Able to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Taking accurate information from visitors or callers
• Open to new challenges and opportunities
• Team player

Training will be provided on all tasks within the position.
