Eagle's Wings food pantry, established in 1989 is a non-profit organization in Washington, NC. Our goal is to alleviate food insecurity within Beaufort County, NC. We have many programs we use to serve our community such as backpack meals for students, home bound deliveries for our medically homebound, CSFP for our senior residents, and more... We have been a staple in our community, helping to provide balanced and nutritional meals when our community needs it the most.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual, and detail-oriented Client Relations Coordinator to join our Eagle's Wings Food Pantry team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the client service functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficient computer skills. The Client Coordinator will be an essential part of our customer-facing team and will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

**Responsibilities**

- Coordinate and manage client interactions and communications in person and over the phone.

- Provide customer support and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.

- Computerize and analyze client data.

- Type and maintain accurate records and reports utilizing excel and PDF filler.

- Translate and communicate in Spanish as required.

- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.

- Collaborate with the staff and volunteers to ensure seamless communication and support.

- Ensure that all client interactions are documented and followed up on in a timely manner.

**Experience**

- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role or a related field.

- Proven experience in client services, sales, or a similar environment.

- Experience with computerized systems and software such as excel, power point, and Microsoft word.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working in a bilingual or multilingual environment, with fluency in Spanish.

- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Shift:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • No nights
