Job Description

Client Care Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service background and is able to work independently. The Client Service Coordinator primary responsibility is to be the point of contact for ne and current clients; as well as managing and coordinating the client intake process.

Client Care Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:

· Manage client accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

· Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and ensure that follow-up tasks are completed.

· Assist clients with billing inquiries and account issues.

· Provide general administrative support, including data entry and processing of payments.

· Assist in the development of client outreach programs.

· Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.

· Coordinate new client intakes and gather necessary documentation.

· Checking in with current families on a quarterly basis regarding questions, concerns, and updates.

· Being the liaison between parents and BCBAs

· Submitting initial insurance authorizations

· Updating potential client documents and sending new updates to BCBAs

· Managing and following up with referrals

· Distributing annual/family satisfaction surveys

· Interpreting (if applicable)

Client Care Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

· MUST have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

· 2+ years of customer service experience is strongly preferred.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and bilingual skills strongly preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and general IT knowledge

· Able to be organized and multitask under pressure.

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

· STRONG communication skills are a must.

· Must be able to work both independently and as a team.

· Must be proactive, reliable, and be able to pass a background and drug test.

· Must have reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
