About the role:

You will be working in our Dover, DE location receiving and processing orders related to corporate public record filings and document retrieval. This role involves working full time from 9am to 6pm (and one weekly 10am to 7pm shift), Monday through Friday.

What you will do:

  • Communicate with clients, coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner
  • Utilize systems to “build” transactions and release various portions of the order to coworkers, correspondents, or state/county offices for processing
  • Utilize and follow all provisions of the state filing system in our Delaware office
  • Generate proposals for clients, including fees and turnaround expectations
  • Access public record websites for the purpose of filing and retrieving public recorded documents
  • Review, prepare, and submit filings, paying close attention to rules and regulations
  • Submit Beneficial Ownership Information Reports to FinCEN and obtain and maintain a Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) identification number

  • Reliable: You are able to work during our regular business hours at your assigned location. You are a punctual individual and able to follow an assigned work schedule. You are able to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
  • Technical competencies: You are comfortable using Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and interacting with Adobe PDF documents.
  • Office environment: You are able to work 100% in-office and remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
