```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of customer needs
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Excellent sales and account management skills
- Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights for improvement
- Familiarity with SaaS products and project management concepts
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
