Job Description

Clinical Coordinator for the In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring Programs- Master’s LevelThe In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring Programs provide therapeutic services to children/adolescents up to age 21 and their families in the southeast region of MA.The Clinical Coordinator for the IHT and TM programs is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the programs by managing compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities include: Ensuring all client charts are in compliance and all necessary documents completed by maintaining compliance log and completing chart audits.

Compliance log includes tracking of document submissions and due dates for:Intake PaperworkCANS assessmentsComprehensive AssessmentsCRAFFT assessmentsTx PlansHub DocumentsAssist administrative team with billing reviewReview/audit all paperwork submitted by staffFollow up with staff on a regular basis regarding paperwork submission, due dates, etc.

Must become familiar with CBHI/BHCA specifications and practice guidelines and standardsDevelop a working relationship with all staff in order to coordinate timely submission of needed documentsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience working with ExcelAssist with insurance authorizations for the IHT/TM Programs as neededComplete referral and intake tasks as neededAssist with various administrative tasks as assignedIf licensed, opportunity to take on supervisees to provide clinical supervision to staffIn the IHT/TM program, a positive working atmosphere and supportive culture is very important to us as we all work as a team to assist in the daily operations of the program.

Requirements: Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work or closely related field preferredLicensed individuals or license eligible, preferredExperience within CBHI, preferredHours: This is a Full Time 40 hour/week position, Monday through Friday.
