RedRockRehab PLLC is a medical group founded by two PM&R (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) physicians specializing in post-acute rehabilitation care for patients in the Salt Lake Metropolitan Area.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Psychologist with RedRockRehab, PLLC. Duties will be performed at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, providing individual psychotherapy, and developing treatment plans for patients undergoing physical rehabilitation after acute injury. Some common primary diagnoses include but are not limited to stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, major multiple trauma, orthopedic injuries, etc. The role requires working closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (preferred), or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) comfortable providing and billing for psychotherapy services.

Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Utah

Strong knowledge of psychological assessment and evidence-based treatment modalities

Experience working with diverse populations and addressing cultural considerations in therapy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality care

Experience with electronic health record systems is a plus

Malpractice Insurance will be provided

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
