Job Description

Hillcrest Health Services is currently seeking a Clinical Scheduler for Hillcrest Grand Lodge in Papillion, NE.
The Clinical Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and providing clinical and administrative support for the Assisted Living Director.
Pay starting at $20.00 per hour based upon experience and education.

What are my responsibilities?
  • Manages the clinical schedule for all clinical staff including creating and distributing the monthly schedule via Dayforce, covering open shifts and meeting all coverage needs to ensure full clinical staffing needs are met daily.
  • Support clinical team members by working the floor in the capacity of PCA or Bath Aide as needed.
  • Completes in house payroll process of approving time cards and correcting missed punches for the Health Services team.
  • Prepares monthly long term care insurance forms as needed by residents to obtain benefits for coverage.
  • Assists in hiring process and onboarding of new team members by scheduling interview times and compiling interview and hiring forms as needed.
  • Participate in on-call responsibility as needed and on rotation.
What do I need to be considered?
  • STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of senior living experience preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling and/or payroll.
  • 40hr Certified Medication Aide (or willing to obtain within three months of hire).
