We're in search of a detail-oriented Clinical Research Systems Specialist (CRSS) to spearhead the activation and management of clinical trials, guaranteeing precision in documentation. A keen eye for detail and adept communication skills are paramount for success in this role.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Fully remote position!! MUST RESIDE IN MASSACHUSETTS

Duration: Temporary, potential to go permanent

Pay: 23.00-25.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Subject Registration:

• Randomize and register clinical trial subjects.
• Ensure data quality and compliance.

OnCore CTMS Quality Control:

• Review and maintain accurate data.
• Monitor and resolve QC errors.

Protocol Activation and Management:

• Facilitate activation and amendments in iRIS.
• Conduct compliance and readiness reviews.

Training and Support:

• Help train new specialists.
• Provide input on work instructions and system changes.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Experience in medical/scientific research preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Skills and Abilities:

• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of clinical trial regulations and systems.
• Ability to work independently.
