Job Description:

AECOM is seeking a Project Coordinator to fill administrative and customer service functions for the Regional Transportation Commission’s Club Ride program in Las Vegas, NV. Club Ride works with the business community, regional stakeholders and residents to reduce traffic congestion and travel emissions in Southern Nevada. The program provides education, services and promotions that encourage the use of transit, active transportation, carpooling and vanpooling as a means to improve quality of life in the community.   

 

AECOM is responsible for the comprehensive management of Club Ride. This includes an outreach team responsible for developing community relationships and maintaining a network of employer and community partners that implement commute options programs. It also includes the oversight of a multi-disciplinary team of subconsultants that fulfill regional marketing and communications along with specialized strategies to expand the program’s reach and impact.

 

The Program Coordinator is responsible for critical program procurement, financial and operational tasks in accordance with RTC, state and federal funding requirements. As a project administrator, you will provide support for the project team in key administrative and operational areas including customer service, data entry, invoicing, reporting, marketing, and general office operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment with daily interaction with the client and project teams.

 

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:

  • Project procurement activities following internal and client requirements for purchasing and documentation
  • Electronic gift card administration; maintaining and adhering to standard operating procedures and policies
  • Administering the monthly Club Ride Rewards prize drawing/distribution process oversight and reporting
  • Tracking project financials by maintaining a record of project costs and facilitating the payment of vendor and subconsultant invoices and tracking project staff expenses
  • Directly assist the Club Ride Executive Director with project administrative tasks
  • Prepare the project’s monthly invoice according to standard operating procedures and client/federal requirements
  • Assist with project reporting
  • Guaranteed Ride Home Program Administration
  • Provide customer service through phone and email
  • Assist with Club Ride engagement and community events as needed
  • Handles administrative processes such as ordering supplies and office mailings
  • Effectively work in a team environment, provide organizational and time management skills, communicate with all levels of personnel, and demonstrate Initiative
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS plus 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Relevant Experience to include administrative/secretarial/clerical experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, internet search engines, electronic mail systems, spreadsheet and word processing applications

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
