Job Description

Overview:
As a member of the Corporate Financial Systems team, this role will participate in the support of financial systems that supply critical financial information and enable Financial Services business processes. This role may partner with Digital Technology & Transformation and other business stakeholders that work in the Support Center’s Financial Business process, which include Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record to Report (RTR), Acquire to Retire (ATR), Order to Cash (OTC), and Order Management (OM). This role requires technical aptitude and a continuous process improvement mindset. This role will participate in various technology focused projects and work.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist peers with providing production support within the ERP system as needed, collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless system functionality for business operations
  • Partnering with professionals across the Finance organization assisting in various initiatives which can involve cross-functional collaboration
  • Supporting reporting needs of business stakeholders by building and enhancing necessary reports in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, BI Publisher, and Data Lake reporting tools such as ThoughtSpot.
  • Engaging in multi-disciplinary projects aimed at enhancing processes and technology utilization.
  • Develop and maintain user friendly documentation tailored for end users, providing clear instructions, and troubleshooting guides to enhance user experience and productivity
  • Update and maintain configuration documentation for the team, ensuring accuracy and completeness to facilitate efficient system management and support ongoing development initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple deadlines
  • Ability to manage projects effectively
  • Self-starter that demonstrates eagerness to learn and assume responsibility
  • Servant spirit with a strong sense of stewardship
  • Detail-oriented
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams and independently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 semesters of college remaining
