Vertical Alliance Group is adding to our Sales Development/Cold Calling Sales team. Established in 1999, we are a software as a service (SaaS) company offering a learning management system for transportation, warehousing and other industries. We offer a generous benefits packager after 60 days of employment: medical, dental, vision and supplement plans. Upon hire you start accruing PTO, up to 120 hours per year and are eligible for eight (8) paid holidays. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm on--site position. This is not remote. We also have a commission structure that pays monthly.

Overall Goal:
To generate 15 demos and $125,000 in opportunities per month.
General Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and recommend direction for sales demo
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Manage pipeline in SFDC
- Make 100 minimum calls a day

- Hours are Monday- Friday from 8:00am- 5:00pm CT with a 1-hour lunch
- Stay up-to-date with general knowledge of products, goods, and services
- Set 15 demos and $125,000 in opportunities per month
- Always convey a team player attitude
- Fully adhere to the formula of success (Attitude, Discipline, Sense of Urgency, Level of Commitment and Solution Selling)
- Practice open communication with Manager (tardiness, outside of work matters that will impede work performance, needing assistance, bringing new ideas to the table, etc.)
- A minimum of 100 calls a day.
- Willing to make changes when needed
- Properly update Salesforce and Outreach daily
- Properly vet every lead that you touch
- Have strategic conversations and gather required information on every call
- All leads are to be followed up on as soon as possible, no longer than 24 hours
- Company policies, processes, and metrics will be adhered to
