Schedule - Sunday-Thursday Nights [Friday and Saturday and Holidays Off]

WE TRAIN.

Use truck-mounted equipment to perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure commercial carpeted, wood and tile floors are maintained on a scheduled basis.

Job Tasks

• Perform scheduled maintenance of commercial carpeted floors using truck-mounted hot-water extraction and/or encapsulation machinery.
• Maintain commercial tile floors using truck-mounted high-pressure machinery.
• Perform required maintenance of commercial wood and concrete floors using company-supplied machinery and supplies.
• Perform routine maintenance of commercial upholstery using truck-mounted hot-water extraction equipment and apply fabric protectants such as Scotchgard.
• Maintain equipment and supplies needed to perform duties in a neat and orderly condition.
• Safely drive firm vehicles to customer locations and set up equipment.
• Report to Supervisor any needed repairs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Ability to read and write English
• Background: Clean background required. Background check will be performed.
• Driving Record: No more than 3 points permitted on driving record.

Physical Qualifications

• Capable of lifting 65 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable with repeated bending and stretching.
• Manual dexterity to operate powered floor equipment.
• Hearing and vision sufficient to drive and perform tasks safely (may be corrected).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
