My client is a growing woman owned independent insurance agency in Arizona. They are swimming in new business submissions and need to bring in another team member for their middle market team. You will be managing middle market accounts with revenues ranging from $10,000 to $50,000. This is a generalist book of mixed accounts including contractors. They use EPIC, CSR24, and Indio. This firm is very progressive and has a yearly company paid retreat for their staff to collaborate and enhance professional development.

Salary for this role is $80,000 to $93,000. There is no office time required for this position. Full benefits, retirement plan, and all IT are included. All training and onboarding are done virtually. Hours are Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 5 pm AZ time.

All Remote candidates need to reside in either the Arizona, Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones. No Eastern time zone residents will be considered for this role.

Key aspects of the role:

• Provides technical support to Sales Executive/Account Executive(s); specifically in analyzing client needs, coverage forms and quotations, remarkets as needed.
• Completes applications in coordination with Sales Executive; submits applications to eligible and appropriate carriers; follows up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies.
• Orders and issues binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items; verifies their accuracy; forwards them to client with appropriate correspondence.
• Determines if direct or agency billing is appropriate and invoices accordingly.
• Prepares summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals for word processing as needed.
• Processes renewals in coordination with Sales Executives according to agency procedures.
• Reviews audits of policies; verifies accuracy and facilitates corrections, as needed, between client and carrier.
• Verifies policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary.
• Processes incoming download/activities and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately.
• Processes and following up on cancellations requests to carriers to ensure accurate and timely resolution; maintains agency in financial equity whenever possible.
• Assists clients in submitting first reports of claims, facilitates prompt response from carrier staff and follows up on claims status, according to agency procedures.
• Identifies exposure to loss and recommends appropriate coverages in coordination with Sales Executive

Candidates MUST have:

Recent experience as a remote P & C licensed middle market commercial lines insurance account manager in a retail agency. Must know how to use EPIC, CSR24, and Indio. (No other software system knowledge will be considered). You must have a dedicated distraction free home office set-up with business speed internet.
