As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations, support project success, and mentor the next generation of skilled plumbing professionals.

Position Summary

The Commercial Plumbing Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily jobsite operations, leading field crews, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications. This role serves as a key liaison between field personnel, project management, and other construction partners to deliver successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do
• Lead, supervise, and mentor commercial plumbing crews on active construction projects
• Coordinate daily manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to maximize productivity
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and plumbing layouts
• Oversee commercial plumbing installations while maintaining quality and schedule expectations
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor job progress and proactively address issues that could impact schedule or productivity
• Ensure all work meets applicable plumbing codes, project requirements, and company standards
• Maintain accurate daily reports, labor tracking, material usage, and jobsite documentation
• Train and develop apprentices and entry-level team members
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and best practices on every jobsite
• Conduct jobsite planning and coordinate resources to meet project milestones

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead Plumber, or field supervisor preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation practices, and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Experience coordinating work across multiple trades and project teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage crews, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Work Schedule
• Monday through Friday
• Occasional overtime based on project requirements
• Project locations throughout the Midlands region of South Carolina
