Role Description

This is a full-time entry level role for an Commercial Security Consultant. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, conducting sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role, primarily located in Lewisville, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. This a great role for someone looking to break into the commercial security industry. We need someone that can help us grow our list of commercial clients in the DFW area.

Qualifications

• Sales Presentations, Relationship Building, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in new business development
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to cold call businesses
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Experience in outside sales is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities such as cold calling, outside sales, and business development to acquire new clients.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and secure contracts with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Manage accounts and ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and support.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $115,457.00 per year
