Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Loan Officer. The Junior Loan Officer will work closely with senior loan officers and underwriters to assist in the loan origination process. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior loan officers in the origination of residential mortgage loans.
• Collect and review loan application documents from clients.
• Communicate with clients to gather additional information and clarify application details.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting review.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth loan closing process.
• Cold and warm calling from company leads and set appointments.

Qualifications:

• Marketing , or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of lending principles and regulations preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $171,416.00 - $202,968.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
