Job Description Summary:

The Communications Liaison acts as a liaison between the patient, family and hospital staff for an assigned, specific unit. He/She ensures patient and family needs are being met. This position also collects information regarding the service provided to patients and their families. Procedure scheduling, billing reconciliation, and administrative duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School or GED (Required)

Communication and customer service skills, conflict resolution, and diversity training.

EPIC experience helpful

Minimum 1 yr. previous hospital experience.

Every other weekend, holiday rotation
