ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMaintain a clean, hospitable club lounge to be enjoyed by all Platinum and Gold Marriott Rewards members, as well as hotel VIPs.
Ensure all applicable standards are met appropriate to the serving of food, beverages, and alcoholic beverages in the club lounge.
Maintain full knowledge as Guest Service Agent, being proficient in PMS, Guestware, Front Office SOP’s, hotel facilities and hours of operation.
Promptly greet and welcome every Guest in a friendly manner, using 15/5 Rule.
Immediately determine the Guest’s needs and be empowered in solving problems.
Develop rapport with repeat guests to ensure personal preferences are being consistently met on each visit.
Ensure Guest/hotel problems are reported, resolved, tracked and followed-up on.
Follow-up is defined as: calling the Guest back; leaving a voicemail if not in the room; leaving a written letter or note or a PMS text message, and notifying other hotel departments where relevant.
Be aware and informed of incoming groups, registration areas, meeting rooms, etc., with knowledge of guest room layouts, guest room amenities and room types.
Solicit comment cards from Guests and Visitors.
Ensure the Guest will always receive crisp, attentive, respectful, delightful service….

Perform reasonable requests as directed by Supervisor/Manager.
Assist in other areas of Front Office/DTS as business demands.
