Job description

We are currently hiring a construction laborer to perform various physical labor tasks onsite during renovation/conversion of building space into amenities for residential use in the downtown Albany area.

Some of those tasks include but are not limited to:

• Load, unload, or identify building materials and distribute them to the appropriate locations as directed.
• Clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials.
• Follow all instructions and company guidelines as indicated by the Site Superintendent.

Qualifications:

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, climbing ladders, lifting heavy loads greater than or equal to 50 pounds, etc.)
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety rules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
