Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Typical summer schedule is 4-10 hour days, typical winter schedule is 5-8 hour days. Overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction activities including framing, roofing, and concrete work.
• Load and unload materials and tools from trucks and job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself and your team members.
• Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
