Shepherd Excavating, a 50-year old locally owned excavating, poured wall, and grading contractor located in the Dublin/Plain City Ohio area has great opportunities available for non-experienced and experienced footer, poured wall, and grade laborers. The work schedule is Monday thru Friday with a start time of 7:15 AM. No weekends. No overnight work or travel.

Requirements for the Laborer position:

• Must have a VALID driver’s license and dependable transportation to get you to our job sites.
• Some experience in construction, landscaping, farming, or other outdoor work is preferred but not required. Experience with footer and poured walls is a plus and you will compensated extra.
• Basic hand tools and work boots required.
• You must be 18+ years old and able to climb ladders, walk on uneven terrain, and regularly lift/move 30 to 100 lbs.
