Overview:

Team Stanley Excavating is a family-owned business specializing in underground water and sewer pipe installations and repairs for commercial and residential jobs, as well as driveways, tile work, erosion control, ground clearing and minor concrete. The business was established in 2017; however our crew brings over 50 years of experience in the industry. We work at various jobsites within a 50 mile radius Delaware, OH.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer for our pipe utility crew to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to specifications and safety guidelines. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labor on construction sites, including digging, lifting, carrying materials and pipe assembly
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by the construction team
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as needed

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites

Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required

- Comfortable working around heavy equipment and open ditches
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is beneficial

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time in outdoor conditions required
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities

- Valid US driver’s license required

- Own transportation required
