Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Project Manager to join our civil engineer company in Bozeman MT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, or similar

A certification in construction accounting is preferred. A /projectaccounting. Excellent knowledge of construction cost accounting and related financial procedures.

• Familiarity with accounting software and Working knowledge of the construction industry.
• Solid analytical and mathematical skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyzing all transactions and working unforeseen costs into the budget.
• Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.
• Preparing cost analyses by interpreting projects' financial data and information.
• Reporting any financial risks and budgetary discrepancies to leadership for review.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Skills

• Knowledge and recent use of Procore software (preferred)
• Knowledge and recent use of Construction software (preferred)
• Proficient in data entry and time management
• Familiar with CSI codes
• Familiar with GAAP accounting and procedures for construction
• Familiar with construction WIP schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
