Construction Sales / Insurance Project Manager

JOB DUTIES:

• Meet and interact with Customer onsite
• Responsible for acknowledgement of arrival and compliance with Insurance Carrier Service levels
• Collects 3D scans on the project for exterior and interior repairs
• Scopes losses
• Discusses repairs with the customer and obtain work authorization/contract and Down payment
• Estimate work depending on severity of the loss
• Maintain customer satisfaction, as determined by completed satisfaction surveys
• Participate in local company efforts to be the “expert” in the industry
• Maintain contact/relationships with key carriers and customers
• Seek alliances to improve performance
• Support staff in key client situations and events
• Meet or exceed property owner and property manager expectations for communication and service
• Collect Accounts Receivable

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Xactimate: 2 years (preferred)
• Construction Estimating: 5 years (required)
• Knowledge of Insurance Claims
• Customer Service Skills
• Communication skills
• Administration skills
• Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: DASH
• Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
• Ability to coordinate multiple jobs within the same time frame
• Ability to work independently and work together as a team
• Stress Management and Composure
• Maintain a level of confidentiality

General Contractor looking for an Estimator/Project Lead with Construction and Xactimate experience. Sales background a bigger plus.

Salary plus Sales commissions

Ability to work independently and see the bigger picture required. Opportunities in King/Snohomish or Pierce/Thurston area.

Full knowledge of all trades preferred. Minimum 5 years experience.

Pay based on experience and skill sets validated through first two months of probationary time after start date.

Ability to pass drug test and background test required along with reserved right to conduct random tests in the future. Must have clean driving record. Potential for immediate start if all above requirements met.
