Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a key role in assisting with various construction projects and ensuring worksites are safe and efficient.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Perform basic carpentry tasks as directed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Laborer is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• West Bend, WI 53095 (Required)
