Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs a wide broad range of administrative support functions to assist managers and supervisors
  • Tackles the lead role to ensure clerical activities associated with the administrative functions are maintained at the highest standards
  • Coordinate, maintain, and be responsible for multiple programs, including any of the following: various leaves, on the job injuries, payroll closeouts, budget support and statistical closeouts
  • Provide clarification and act as subject matter expert
  • Assist in communicating and reinforcing to all vital personnel any changes and clarifications to existing departmental, divisional, and corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Acts as a resource to assist in resolving sophisticated administrative issues
  • Assist contact center employees with administrative concerns and issues
  • Acts as SME for policy continuously reviewing processes for improvement
  • Performs duties pertinent to support the organization

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of two years of experience in administrative roles with growing levels of responsibility
  • Knowledge of multiple administrative functions and programs crucial
  • Team building skills, leading by example, and fostering a positive and goal-oriented work environment
  • Strong digital literacy
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite Software (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with daily deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, research, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable, detail oriented, and self-managed
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with workforce management applications
  • Experience working in a union environment
