Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20-$26/hour, based off of experience
Shift: Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm

What’s a typical day as a Corporate Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• Performing scheduling and event organization to ensure participant satisfaction and facilitate the completion of business objectives
• Coordinating meetings by scheduling and managing calendars
• Planning events with attention to financial and time constraints
• Writing and distributing emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Updating and maintaining event/conference center policies and procedures
• Overseeing event happenings and acting quickly to resolve problems
• Providing miscellaneous clerical assistance as needed
• Assisting/float to all areas of Facilities as needed
• Providing high levels of customer care and a friendly, cooperative attitude
• Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Providing general support to visitors
• Meeting and communicating with various business units on upcoming events and meetings to discuss desired catering and set-up requirements

• Have 2-5 years of experience in administrative support roles
• Possess excellent attendance and timeliness
• Have strong scheduling and event organization skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree
