What will you do

• Review and file contracts
• Organize contract filing system
• Review, draft, and prepare contracts for e-signature
• Assist in data migration for the new contract management system
• Update training materials for the contract drafting process
• Additional related projects and tasks as determined
• Qualified candidates will be currently enrolled second-year or above law student, interested in building a career in contracts.
