Credentialing Coordinator – Olympia Orthopaedic Associates

Location: Olympia, WA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18 - $25.55 per hour

(Pay is determined based on years of experience)

Summary of benefits:

Credentialing Coordinator Job Duties:

The Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the credentialing, recredentialing, and privileging process for medical providers, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documentation to regulatory bodies, health plans, and hospitals. This role is essential in enabling providers to deliver timely patient care while ensuring the practice receives proper reimbursement for services rendered. Additionally, the Credentialing Coordinator ensures that medical providers meet all regulatory, legal, and organizational requirements for practicing medicine, while maintaining compliance with industry standards to avoid delays in enrollment and credentialing with insurance networks and other payors.


Credentialing Coordinator Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • 2-3 years of experience in credentialing or healthcare administration.
