Job Summary

The CRM and Market Intel Partner plays a critical role in leading the development and execution of CRM strategies that drive consumer engagement, acquisition, retention, and loyalty. This role serves as the super user for CRM Analytics, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, and CRM Health Cloud systems. Collaborating with internal and external partners, this role manages the implementation and maintenance of CRM solutions while providing advanced data analysis and dashboard reporting using Excel and other marketing insight tools. The role also involves troubleshooting and integrating third-party vendor solutions to optimize the marketing technology ecosystem.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics or a related field is required.
• Three to five years related experience in marketing, consumer engagement, market research, and data analytics is preferred.
• Four plus years of Salesforce CRM platform or related experience is preferred.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $36.75 - $55.50 per hour
