Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions of Employment & Appeal Rights

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Six months of experience* in custodial work or closely-related work. This experience includes but not limited to sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, general dusting and vacuuming within an office/school environment.

  • This experience must be substantiated within the Work Experience section of your application. "See Resume" will not be accepted. In addition, part-time work will be prorated.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous custodial experience as a state employee;
  • Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and appliances;
