Job Overview:

In this position you will be expected to follow a schedule to perform standard custodial duties and factory maintenance. You will also be responsible for making local deliveries and pickups using the company van. The custodian-maintenance duties account for 70% of job.

Hours: Monday through Thursday 8am - 4:30pm (Fridays as needed 8-12pm)

Custodian-Maintenance Functions:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting
• Trash/recycling removal
• Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, kitchen areas
• Restock disposables (gloves, paper towels, soap, etc) and reordering
• Wipe mirrors and windows
• Help set up and bring down chairs/tables for events/meetings
• Maintain driveways and walkways during storms with snow removal and salt
• Clean and refill wash tanks.
• Remove dust collection from deburring stations.
• Inventory of chemicals, refilling and reordering
• Painting/minor repair, when needed
• Responsible for fire extinguisher and emergency light safety audits.
• Must be able to operate a forklift in a safe manner and pass an OSHA approved course in forklift safety.

Delivery Driver Functions:

• Maintain a clean driving record and delivers and picks up as directed.
• Responsible for moving parts/supplies between both facilities three times a day.
• Expected to be courteous to everyone on the road and at facilities as you are representing the company.
• Maintain a daily driving log.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
