Your Purpose as a Retail Customer Experience Specialist:

• Help customers get excited about Subaru vehicles by answering questions and demonstrating vehicles?
• Discover each customer’s needs, and then identify the right vehicle based on those needs
• Work with management to complete the customer’s purchase, ensuring the most personalized experience possible?
• Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete
• Have the opportunity every day to build brand ambassadors for vehicles with guests resulting in a long-term customers

Basic Qualifications:

• 18 years + with a valid Driver’s License
• Customer experience preferred, on the job training
