Job Description

The Briena Nyquist - American Family Agency seeking a self-motivated and energetic Customer Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. Are you extremely goal oriented? Do you love a fun environment and helping clients?

Your top priority will be ensuring the customer has a smooth and positive experience along with efficient and streamlined account management internally. The position will cover a range of responsibilities including operations, marketing/advertising and customer service duties.

This role is critical in the success of our agency. You will be establishing and developing customer relationships from the beginning quotes and throughout the entire lifetime of the policies. We offer a fast paced, goal-oriented team environment and are excited to meet you!

Job Highlights:

Operations:

  • Develop and enforce agency processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Work with agent to develop avenues for new business.
  • Utilize training provided from American Family to learn offerings on different products.

Marketing/Social Media:

  • Manage all social media accounts (including responding to messages across all platforms)
  • Manage advertising campaigns across social media and Google
  • Design marketing campaigns/merchandise (print, email, events, etc)
  • Manage review request efforts and SEO

Customer Service/Sales:

  • Review and process home renewals for current clients.
  • Provide support for service of current clients.
  • Schedule personal insurance reviews with the customer and agent as needed.
  • Cross-sell to current and prospective customers
  • Compose quotes as needed for Agent and Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience within an office setting
  • Self motivated and detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Current or willing to obtain a MN Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain 30 days prior to start date)
  • Reimbursement for licensing 3 months after employment
  • Sign On Bonus: Given after 3 months of employment $1,000
