The Customer Relations Representative will be responsible for directly communicating with prospective customers on behalf of our exclusive clientele. The Customer Relations Representative will provide product/service information, fulfill order requests, resolve any emerging problems, and act as a liaison on behalf of our client with the primary objective to drive performance improvements, brand recognition, and brand loyalty. As the entry level Customer Relations Representative, you are a vital player in scaling the growth of our client and creating memorable, long-lasting impressions for the customer.
