Responsibilities:

• Support sales team by entering data into American Family Insurance system to generate insurance quotes
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
• Provide support and training to members of ambassador program
• Oversea lead generation process
• Make outbound calls as needed
• Run and update sales reports
• Assist with marketing efforts including social media/online initiatives and occasional events
• Provide a positive customer experience

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
