Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in ERP systems. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, detail-oriented, and proficient in data entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information about our products and services, address inquiries, and resolve any issues.
• Issue Resolution: Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and problem resolution, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Relationship Building: Use your strong communication skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty.
• ERP Management: Utilize your experience with ERP systems to process orders, manage customer information, and streamline workflows.
• Product Recommendations: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services that best meet their requirements.
• Data Entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring all customer records are up-to-date and properly maintained.

Required Skills

• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for this role. Mandatory
• ERP Experience: Proven experience working with ERP software is required. 1 year
• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Min 1 year
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
