Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Duties: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges - Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the root cause and finding appropriate solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of problems - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficient in project management and able to meet deadlines - Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus - Previous customer service or sales experience preferred - Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations - Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career development.
