Office Customer Service Position Overview:

We seek a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage and enhance the customer experience in our balloon decor and delivery business. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in communication and follow-up. This position is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. The ideal candidate should be positive, happy by nature, and customer-centric.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.

- Follow up with clients via phone, email, or other communication methods to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

- Process and manage standard orders, ensuring all non-customized orders are handled accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain and update customer records in our system.

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure that the orders' fulfillment is taken care of correctly.

- Prepare and send invoices and process payments.

- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships.

- Work independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player.

- Perform light office duties, such as maintaining a tidy workspace and assisting with inventory.

Work Schedule:

- 40 weekly hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). One-hour lunch unpaid.

Compensation:

- Starting pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits after 90 days and flex PTO/sick pay accrued based on hours worked.
