Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative in Louisville KY!
As a Customer Service Representative - you will be.

• This position is a customer service position providing patient support for front-end processing and product support for one or more pharmacy programs.
• The Associate Custer Service Representative plays a vital role in patient satisfaction by facilitating their access to pharmacy care.
• Individuals in this role should be passionate about providing quality service, possess empathy, patience, and a sense of urgency.
• The ideal candidate would be someone who is an effective communicator, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• All Associate Customer Service Representatives are responsible for accurate and efficient data-entry of patient demographics and case management documentation.
• Must be registered with the KY Board of Pharmacy (must be completed within 30 days of acceptance).

The ideal candidate will have:

• They need to be detailed oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Customer services experience minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Strong customer service.
• Must be able to work independently and willing to be cross trained in other areas (including to be on the phones).
• Good attendance is a must.

This is a Contract opportunity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am – 6:30pm

Location: Louisville KY

Duration: 06 Months
Pay: $16/hr - $17/Hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
